1 slice whole grain toast with soybutter
Snack 1pm
I shared a small homeade pumpkin muffin with my son
Lunch 2:30
Baked salmon and bean salad
Dinner 5:30
1 slice whole grain toast with peanut butter
I did housework for exercise. I drank water and had my vitamin.
