Day #11

Breakfast 11am
3/4 pumpkin muffin with organic strawberry fruit spread

Lunch 2pm
Yellow squash, cherry tomato and feta omelet

It was mostly squash.


Dinner 5:30pm
6" Subway veggie

Snack 7pm
1 serving baked bbq Lays

Movies with my sister...
We shared a large nachos and cheese and I had a serving of Nestle Crunch Dibbs.
