2 boiled eggs (1 yolk)
11:20am EXERCISE
50min treadmill. Incline 8.0, speed 4.0
1pm SNACK (This wasn't planned well...ended up being almost 4 hrs btw meals)
1 green apple
2:30 LUNCH (Was super hungry)
organic baby spinach with olive oil and MIL's fish (super salty)
4:30 SNACK (chewed some gum in btw...enjoyed it TONS)
3 apple cinnammon rice cakes
